Describe your PR, what does it fix/add?
Changes the cursor shape when grabbing and moving a window with the mouse from the "grab" shape, to the "grabbing" one. This makes more sense in my opinion.
Is there anything you want to mention? (unchecked code, possible bugs, found problems, breaking compatibility, etc.)
This should probably be a config option, but I'm not sure how to program it.
Is it ready for merging, or does it need work?
This can be merged.
